TC 999 Terms and Conditions – What You Need to Know Before You Play

By accessing TC 999, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TC 999. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the TC 999 platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered through TC 999, including but not limited to live casino games, sports betting, card games, and all associated promotional activities. They should be read alongside TC 999's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these terms by reference.

To register a TC 999 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be registering as an individual for personal, non-commercial use.
• You must not currently hold another TC 999 account, including any account that has been suspended or closed.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact mobile number.
• You must ensure that the payment methods you use to deposit or withdraw are registered in your own name.

TC 999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), utility bill, or screenshot of your Easypaisa/JazzCash account in your name. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by TC 999 may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds until verification is completed.

TC 999 accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with no currency conversion fees applied by TC 999.

TC 999 only accepts deposits from payment accounts registered in the same name as the TC 999 account. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be refunded to the originating payment method and the associated TC 999 account may be suspended pending investigation.

TC 999 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed above. Deposits that TC 999 is unable to match to an eligible player account will be returned after a reasonable investigation period. TC 999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing windows, or public holidays.

TC 999 processes withdrawal requests in accordance with the following conditions. Withdrawals are only permitted to payment methods registered in the same legal name as the TC 999 account, without exception.

TC 999 may request additional identity verification before processing withdrawal requests above Rs 50,000 or where TC 999's fraud detection systems flag unusual activity. This is a standard security measure to protect all players. Providing requested documents promptly ensures faster processing. TC 999 charges no fees on withdrawals. Any bank or wallet provider fee is the responsibility of the player and is applied by that provider, not by TC 999.

Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirements have been fully met. The real-money component of a balance is always withdrawable, subject to the above conditions. TC 999 will not withhold legitimate withdrawal requests from players who have met all verification requirements.

TC 999 offers various promotions to both new and existing players. Each promotion has specific terms that are published on the promotion's detail page. The following general bonus rules apply across all TC 999 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players only. Players who have self-excluded are not eligible for bonus offers.
• Unless specified, bonuses are for single use per player. Claiming the same promotion from multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are stated on each promotion's page.
• Minimum odds for sports betting bonuses (typically 1.50 unless stated otherwise) must be met on each qualifying bet.
• Bonuses expire after the period stated in the promotion — typically 7 or 30 days. Expired bonuses are forfeited and cannot be reactivated.
• TC 999 reserves the right to withhold bonus credit from players identified as engaging in bonus abuse strategies, including low-risk hedging across markets to reduce effective wagering risk.

All sports bets at TC 999 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to sport-specific rules published in the sportsbook help section:

TC 999 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to bets that appear to be based on insider information, pricing errors, or that would individually or in aggregate expose TC 999 to an unreasonable liability. Refused bets are not settled and the stake is returned to the player's wallet.

For cricket and other sports, if a match is abandoned before the minimum required deliveries or duration for an official result, most markets are voided and stakes returned. Matches reduced by weather and completed via DLS method or equivalent stand as official results. Postponed matches that are rescheduled and take place within 48 hours are treated as the original fixture. Those rescheduled beyond 48 hours are voided.

If TC 999 publishes odds or markets that are clearly erroneous — for example, due to a data feed error or typographical mistake — TC 999 reserves the right to void bets placed at those incorrect odds. This applies even if bets have already been settled. TC 999 will notify affected players and return stakes promptly.

The maximum payout per sports bet settlement at TC 999 is Rs 10,000,000. Bets that would theoretically return above this figure are accepted at TC 999's discretion, with the payout capped at the maximum. Players placing high-value accumulators are advised to contact support in advance to confirm acceptance.

All casino games offered through TC 999 — including but not limited to live Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and video slots — are operated under the following conditions:

• Live casino games use real physical equipment and human dealers. Game outcomes are determined by the physical shuffle, deal, and spin — not by software RNG.
• Slot and virtual games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested and approved.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, TC 999's system records the state of the game at the time of disconnection. When reconnection occurs, the game resumes from the last confirmed bet state. If a round was in progress and a result has been determined server-side before your reconnection, that result stands.
• Technical malfunctions that are confirmed by TC 999's technical team as having affected the integrity of a game round may result in that round being voided and stakes returned.
• Game results are final once settled. TC 999 will not reverse settled results except in cases of confirmed technical malfunction.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on TC 999 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of associated funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool to interact with the TC 999 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or data feed errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, including sharing hand information in real time.
• Using the TC 999 platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or any other financial crime.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Allowing third parties to use your TC 999 account, or using a TC 999 account on behalf of a third party.
• Any form of arbitrage betting strategy that exploits TC 999 pricing in combination with other operators specifically to generate a risk-free return regardless of outcome.
• Abusing the customer support system, including threats, harassment, or false escalations.

TC 999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time. Reasons for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: suspicion of prohibited activity, failure to complete identity verification, breach of these Terms and Conditions, or player-requested self-exclusion. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, TC 999 will notify the account holder and provide a reasonable timeline for resolution.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their TC 999 account may do so by contacting customer support. In the absence of an active self-exclusion, closure requests are processed within 24 hours and any remaining real-money balance is returned to the player's verified payment method within 3 business days.

TC 999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. All players have access to the following tools directly from their account dashboard:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly caps that take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours.
• Session time limits — alerts after a set duration of active play.

When material changes are made, TC 999 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or to protect the integrity of the platform.

Your continued use of TC 999 after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
